Shangtie Valve Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Oubei, Wenzhou — known as the China Pump & Valve Town, with convenient transportation and superior geographical location. We are a professional valve manufacturer integrating R&D, design, manufacturing, sales and full-life cycle service.
Our products sell well across the domestic market and are exported to more than 30 countries and regions including Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America and Oceania. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a professional industrial valve manufacturer with our own factory, not a trading company. We have independent R&D, production, quality inspection and after-sales teams, which can provide customers with direct factory prices and professional technical support.
What main products do you produce?
Our main products include various industrial valves, covering Gate Valve, Ball Valve, Butterfly Valve, Globe Valve, Check Valve, Diaphragm Valve, Slurry Valve, Sanitary Valve, etc. These products are widely used in oil & gas, water treatment, power, metallurgy, biopharmaceutical, food & beverage, HVAC and fire protection industries.
Do you provide customized solutions?
Yes, we provide professional customized solutions. According to your specific project requirements (such as working conditions, medium, pressure, temperature, size, drive mode, etc.), our engineers will design and produce valves that fully meet your needs, and provide one-stop technical support from program design to product delivery.
Where is your factory located? How can I visit it?
Our factory is located in Tangtou Industrial Zone, Oubei Street,Yongjia Country, Wenzhou,China. If you plan to visit the factory, please inform us 7-10 working days in advance. We will arrange a professional staff to pick you up at the nearest airport/station and accompany you to visit the factory, including the production workshop, R&D center and quality inspection department
How to ensure product quality and after-sales service?
For product quality: We have a complete quality control system, including raw material inspection, semi-finished product inspection, finished product inspection and pre-delivery sampling inspection; all products pass strict pressure test, sealing test and other inspections before delivery. For after-sales service: We provide 24/7 online technical support, and have overseas agents in many regions to provide timely after-sales response; we also provide free replacement parts and maintenance guidance within the warranty period.
What are the payment terms?
We accept international common payment terms to facilitate your payment: ① T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit in advance, 70% before delivery (the most commonly used); ② L/C (Letter of Credit): Suitable for large orders; ③ Western Union and PayPal: Suitable for small-amount payments (such as sample fees and shipping costs). For regular customers, we can provide more flexible payment terms after negotiation.
What is your delivery date?
The delivery date depends on the order type and quantity: ① Standard valves: 15-30 working days; ② Customized valves or bulk orders (more than 50 pieces): 30-60 working days. After you place the order, we will confirm the exact delivery date with you and update the production progress in a timely manner.
What is your warranty policy? Do you provide overseas engineer services?
Warranty policy: The warranty period of all our valves is 12 months from the date of delivery, covering quality problems caused by production and material defects (excluding man-made damage). Overseas engineer services: Yes, we provide overseas engineer on-site service. If you need on-site installation, commissioning or maintenance, we can send professional engineers to your site, and the customer only needs to bear the travel and accommodation costs of the engineers.
How about after-sales service?
Our after-sales service covers the whole life cycle of the product: ① Online consultation: 24/7 online technical support via email, WeChat and video call; ② Warranty service: Free replacement of defective parts and maintenance guidance within the warranty period; ③ On-site service: Provide on-site maintenance and training according to customer needs; ④ Follow-up service: Regular follow-up after product delivery to understand the operation status and solve problems in time.
How about machine testing?
We have professional testing equipment and a complete testing process. Each valve will go through multiple tests before delivery, including pressure test (hydrostatic test, pneumatic test), sealing test, corrosion resistance test, operation test, etc. We will issue a test report for each batch of products, which can be provided to customers on request to ensure that each product meets the standard and can operate stably.
What about manufacturer certification and machine certification?
Manufacturer certification: We have passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification, and have the qualification of professional industrial valve manufacturer. Machine certification: Our products have obtained a number of international and domestic certifications, including API 6D, API 6A, CE, FDA, 3A, NACE MR0175, etc. According to your import requirements and industry needs, we can provide the corresponding certification documents to ensure smooth customs clearance and project application.
